1. Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

At NBN23 we strive to provide high quality services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the rights and procedures for requesting a refund. <\/p>\n\n

This Return and Refund Policy is applicable both to the purchase of NBN23 software applications made through the website, as well as for those purchases of products that may be made from the On-line Store.<\/p>\n\n

2. Cancellation of subscriptions to NBN23 applications.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

2.1.\nProceso de Cancelaci\u00f3n: <\/strong>You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the Site. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. <\/p>\n\n

2.2.\nSin Reembolsos por Cancelaciones: <\/strong>Cancellations are not eligible for refunds for unused subscription periods unless made within the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n\n

3.- Exchange, cancellation and return of orders of products purchased in the on-line store.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

3.1.- Change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Customer may change an order if it has not been shipped. For the change, it must be notified as soon as possible through the e-mail address support@nbn23.com<\/a> with indication of the desired changes. <\/p>\n\n

3.2.- Cancellation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Orders may be cancelled, in whole or in part, up to 48 hours after downloading the application. For any order cancellation, you must notify us as soon as possible by e-mail to support@nbn23.com.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours, no penalty will be applied to the Customer. In the event that the cancellation is made after the agreed 48 hours for receipt or there has been a use of the application by the Customer during that period of time, the customer may not cancel the order. <\/p>\n\n

3.3.- Return of orders.<\/p>\n\n

Orders may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase; to do so, the Customer must contact NBN23 by e-mail at support@nbn23.com.<\/a><\/p>\n\n
